Is Astrum Insights real fortune-telling?

No — Astrum is built for entertainment and self-reflection. Insights are generated instantly, drawing on Western astrology, the Chinese zodiac and numerology, interpreted in your chosen oracle's voice. They're a prompt for reflection, not a factual prediction or professional advice.

Why do readings sometimes feel so specific to me?

Partly a well-documented quirk of how any personality framework feels to any reader (the Forer effect), and partly real — your chart is computed from the actual astronomical position of the Sun, Moon and every planet at your real birth moment, not a generic statement. What's the difference between a free reading and Astrum membership?

Free gives you a daily draw plus one insight covering a single life area and a month-ahead view. Astrum Circle membership unlocks unlimited insights across every tool, all seven life areas in one reading, a custom oracle of your own, and a look up to five years ahead. You can also buy a single insight or a 5-pack instead of subscribing, if you just need it once.

Which tools are free to use, and which need credits or membership?

The rule of thumb: reflection tools you already own the content for — your Archive, Journal entries, Should I…?, Gratitude, Candle and daily draws — are free to browse and use. Generating a brand-new insight (a reading, dream interpretation, tarot cast, compatibility breakdown, pet or baby reading) uses a credit or requires Astrum Circle membership, since that's the part that actually costs us to produce. Coach Hub and the weekly report sit behind a quick sign-up first — free — with the deeper personalized profile itself gated the same way as any other insight.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Starting a trial gives you full Astrum Circle access immediately. You won't be charged until the 7 days are up, and you can cancel anytime before then from your Account page with nothing billed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Sign in and go to your Account page — there's a Cancel subscription option there. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period; nothing more will be charged after that.

What happens to unused single-insight credits?

Credits from a single insight or a 5-pack don't expire and stay on your account until you use them on any reading, cast or tool.

Is my data private, and can I delete it?

Yes. Your inputs are used only to generate your insight — we don't sell your data. Anonymous (free, not-signed-in) usage is automatically deleted after 30 days. You can permanently erase everything at any time from the Privacy page, or export a copy of your data first if you'd like to keep it.

Do I need an account to use Astrum?

No — you can try a free reading without signing up. An account is required before checkout (so a purchase is tied to something recoverable, not just a browser), and it's what lets your streaks, journal and archive sync across devices.

What are the 8 oracles, and can I make my own?

The Ancient Oracle, Celtic Druid, Mystic Witch, Zen Monk, Egyptian Priestess, Cosmic Circuit, Dragon Sage and Gentle Companion each read in their own voice. Astrum Circle members can also craft a fully custom oracle — your own name, voice and style — used in every reading.

Can I get a refund?

One-time purchases (single insight, 5-pack) are generally non-refundable given the digital nature of the service. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll take a look.

Is there a referral program?

Yes. Astrum Circle members can find a personal referral link on their Account page — when a friend signs up for Astrum monthly or yearly using it, you get a free month added to your own subscription, up to 12 free months total.
