Astrum Insights Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use Astrum Insights, we temporarily store the information you provide for your reading — your name, birth details, personality descriptions, hopes, dream narratives, journal entries, and gratitude notes. We also assign your browser an anonymous client ID so we can link your free readings and reflections without requiring an account — creating an account is only required if you purchase credits or a membership.

How we use it

Your inputs are sent to our AI oracle to generate your personalised insight, dream interpretation, or reflection. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your email (if you provide it at checkout) is used only to send your daily insight and membership notifications.

Data retention

For anonymous (free) users, all personal data is automatically deleted after 30 days. Premium members' data is retained so your archive and history remain accessible. You can manually delete all your data at any time using the button below.

Rate limiting

To protect against abuse and keep the service sustainable, each feature has a daily usage cap (typically 10-20 uses per day). This applies to all users. If you hit a limit, it resets at midnight.

Entertainment only

Astrum Insights is for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, please visit our Crisis Support page for real resources or contact a local helpline.

Download your data

Export everything we have stored for you — insights, journal entries, dreams, gratitude notes and more — as a JSON file.

Delete your data

Permanently erase all your insights, journal entries, dreams, gratitude notes and pet readings. This cannot be undone.

Reset your identity

If you're on a shared device, you can generate a new anonymous identity. Your previous data stays linked to your old ID (and will auto-delete after 30 days), but new activity will be tracked separately.
